Approaches
Three main approaches:
Family Constellations, Conscious Hypnosis and Gestalt Therapy
2. Conscious hypnosis
The hypnosis I use in my therapeutic processes
It involves accessing deep internal information in a lucid manner, while maintaining full awareness and control.
These are completely conscious, respectful and safe dynamics, aimed at facilitating a deeper contact with significant experiences from the past.

1. Family Constellations
It is a method created by the German psychotherapist and philosopher Bert Hellinger.
Through representatives in group settings or symbolic representations in individual sessions, profound movements of family dynamics become visible.
This helps to relieve burdens and restore personal and family balance.
Applies to:
-
Family or couple conflicts
-
Anxiety, emotional blocks, and repetitive patterns
-
Grief processes or unresolved losses
-
Work, vocational or economic difficulties
-
Processes of personal healing and the search for meaning
An internal movement of understanding, reconciliation and relief is fostered, respecting each person's pace.
2. Conscious Hypnosis
Unlike other types of hypnosis focused on entertaining audiences, Conscious Hypnosis helps to focus the mind and, when combined with therapy,
systematic, provides clarity and solutions to the problem.
Hypnosis opens the door and clears the path, Family Constellations provide the solution.
Questions that arise when starting a conscious hypnosis process:
Am I losing control?
No. You remain awake, conscious, and fully capable of making decisions throughout the entire process.
Is it being asleep or unconscious?
No. It's a natural state of focused attention. The body relaxes, but the mind remains present.
What if I don't feel comfortable?
You can talk, move around, or stop the exercise whenever you need to. Nothing is forced.
What can be worked on?
Emotional blocks, anxiety, repetitive patterns, past experiences, and strengthening of internal resources.
Is prior experience required?
It is not required and can be complemented with other forms of therapeutic work.
Family Constellations
Each session is adapted to your pace and life stage, integrating gestalt tools with a systemic and spiritual perspective when the process requires it.
How can it help you?
They apply to:
Family or couple conflicts
Anxiety, emotional blocks, and repetitive patterns
Grief processes or unresolved losses
Work, vocational or economic difficulties
Processes of personal healing and the search for meaning
They do not seek to explain from a mental perspective, but rather to foster an internal movement of understanding, reconciliation, and relief, respecting each person's pace.
